Jillian Michaels Whey Protein Shakes
Identical to the Wonderslim shakes except for flavor. Wonderslim tastes better but these are cheaper!
They run about $10 a canister, and will make 15 shakes. I buy from Walmart or Amazon.

Great resource for any dieter, but the packaged diet board is great for those following this type of diet!
